Returns & warranty

Return window

You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. What counts is the date you contact us, not the date the parcel reaches us.

Condition of returned hardware

The laptop must come back complete, with the charger and everything else that was in the box, and without damage it did not have when shipped. You may switch it on and check it the way you would in a shop.

How to return

Contact us (phone or e-mail below) with your order number and the reason. Send the hardware back by courier or post to the address you receive in reply, packed so it cannot get damaged in transit.

Return cost

The buyer pays to send the hardware back: 18,49 zł. The original delivery charge, if you paid one, is refunded with the price (up to the cheapest option offered).

Refund

We refund by the same method you paid with, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the hardware or proof that it was sent. If the hardware shows use beyond checking it, the refund may be reduced by the loss in value.

Statutory liability and claims

Independently of the warranty, we are liable by law for goods not conforming to the contract: two years for new hardware, one year for used, from delivery. We answer a claim within 14 days of receiving it. The warranty neither excludes nor limits these rights.

Warranty

Every laptop carries a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. It covers faults not caused by physical damage, liquid or tampering. The battery, as a consumable, is guaranteed to start and run as described in the listing.

Delivery

Delivery across Poland: InPost locker 18,49 zł, courier 20,49 zł. Orders from 1 500 zł ship free. We ship within 2 working days of payment clearing, and the parcel arrives in 1–3 working days.
